Enjoy the beach within walking distance (about a 10-minute walk) and the center of Zandvoort (12 minutes' walk). Visit the surrounding municipalities of Haarlem or Amsterdam. The NS train station is also within walking distance (6 minutes walk). Circuit Park Zandvoort is 1 km away and perfect for guests who want to come especially for the F1 Grandprix. Pets, smoking and drugs are not allowed in the studio. The use of drugs in any form is strictly prohibited. This applies to both in the apartment and outside on the terrace/in the garden. If this is nevertheless used, the lessor is entitled to terminate the rental period immediately without any form of refund. Also the deposit will not be returned.
